We guarantee reliable and quality products for a fair price.

Is something wrong with one of the products you bought from us? We will be happy to find a solution for you. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have received a damaged product or if it does not match the packing slip or what you have ordered. In that case, please return the items within 14 days.

Right of withdrawal

  1. In the event that you decide after your purchase that you do not want to keep the product, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt. We will send you a new product or you will receive your payment back within 14 days.
  2. The cooling off period starts the day after you, or a third party designated by you in advance, and who is not the carrier, has received the product.
  3. If you have ordered multiple products in the same order, the cooling off period begins the day after you, or a third party designated by you in advance, and who is not the carrier, has received the last product.
  4. We may ask you for the reason for your withdrawal, but shall not require you to provide any reason(s).
  5. If we have not yet received your product back nor have proof that you have returned it, we will wait with the refund.
  6. Look at the product from all sides. Are you not happy with it? Then definitely do not open the packaging and do not use the product. If you do so, you may get less or no money back for the product. The premise here is that the you may only handle and inspect the product as you would in a store.
  7. You cannot return the following to us:
    1. Redeemed or completed vouchers or coupons.
    2. Products where the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened, causing it to lose its value and preventing us from selling it to other customers.

How to return an item

  1. You can register your return through our returns portal (the shipping costs to send the product back to us is €7,35).
  2. We send you confirmation of your request.
  3. We send you a new product or you receive your payment back within 14 days.
