We’ll give you a summary of what happens after you place an order with us.

  1. We currently only deliver to Belgium. Drop us a message if you want us to deliver an order to an address outside of Belgium.
  2. As soon as the issuer of your credit or debit card confirms to us that the transaction has been approved, we will send out the products you have purchased. You will receive a track and trace link from us so you can follow the shipment of your order closely.
  3. If all goes well, we will ship your order in approximately 1 – 3 days. Does it take a little longer? Then we will let you know as soon as possible. If in that case you no longer want the product, the payment will be refunded as soon as possible, but at least within 30 days.
  4. In essence: if you can place an item in your shopping basket on our website, we have it in stock, unless it is explicitly stated that the item can only be delivered at a later date. If we can’t deliver your order, you get your money back, or we offer you a suitable alternative.
  5. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have received a damaged product or if it does not match the delivery note or what you ordered. In that case, please return the items within 14 days.
  6. If your order is damaged or lost before it reaches you, we will find a suitable solution for you as soon as possible.
  7. If our delivery service causes damage by late delivery or no delivery at all, we can unfortunately do nothing about this. In this case, however, you can file a complaint with the delivery service in question.
